About Urban Break
Urban Break is a travel-buddy app and website for Bengaluru. It helps you find people to ride, trek and explore with: join a group trek or a weekend trip from Bangalore, or plan your own, and meet your trek buddies before you go. You can browse every place and trip without an account.
Find people to go with
Pick a place near Bengaluru, see the group trips already planned there, or start your own and share one link. Treks, bike rides, car trips and bus trips are all supported, and organisers choose who can join.
Places with details you can check
Hills, waterfalls, forts, temples, lakes and wildlife spots near Bengaluru, with timings, entry fees, the best season and how to get there where we have verified them. Where we haven't, we leave it blank instead of guessing.
Plan and chat as a group
Each trip has a group chat, a plan for the day and shared costs settled between the people going. Urban Break doesn't collect money for trips.
Safety first
Members are verified by email, you can report a trip or a person, and trip organisers can share a live link so a family member can follow the trip. Read the community guidelines for the rules.
